What's my mirror? flat, convex, wide?

Hi,

I need a replacement N/S mirror glass which is heated, but not sure which to buy. There seems to be 3 types available.

Which 1 is best suited or which is original?
 
Look in the front of your owners hand book to see what options are fitted to your car.
