New to the site and not much of an engine head but I wanted to see if anyone else has/had an issue similar to mine...
For a few months now I have had an intermittent fault with the left hand side fan in the engine. I believe it to be the engine cooling fan. It basically keeps running when I have driven the car, on either a short or long journey, when it's at idle and the key out the ignition. If left it will continue to run and drain the battery. The only way I can resolve it short term is to disconnect the battery and hope it doesnt continue when I connect it later on.
It'd be great if anyone had any ideas from similar experiences....
