‘03 S6 Avant – should I buy it with this many miles?

I am seriously thinking about buying an 2003 S6 Avant, the issue is, is that it has done 157,000 miles. It has full history, which is mainly main dealer and the cam belt was done at 95,000 I think.
Is it a time bomb waiting to happen or a V8 barge that will be lots of fun and very practiacal?
