I had this-glovebox out then you can see the motors, these have plastic arms. try moving them with the controls and you will see which one doesn't move, I just got some WD40 on mine and been fine since.

The wife left the key fob on a hot hob! I got a new key fob and luckily the circuit board was intact so swapped to the new fob and changed the blade but unfortunately the glass transponder didn't fair so well. can I buy a new transponder? and then code the key to the car? 2.0 Tdi 2005

i have done the Mr Muscle clean a couple of times now-and it has worked for me, as it is the wifes car and she only uses it around town for most of the time,i am sur i will be cleaning it again in a few months! give it a go for what it costs-nothing to loose it wont hurt the turbo as it is going...
