Since doing around the gear stick and ash tray, the ash tray doesnt open without help, all seems abit tight somehow. I have had it back out and in with no improvement, anyone else found this?

Is it? Dealers said its about a 2 hour job so thought worst case 3 - 4 hours. I think the fronts would be most difficult. How long did it take you?

Hiya all, I have had a good search around and have not found what I am looking for. Is there a DIY guide anywhere that covers the process for installing front and rear lowering springs on a B7? Rears seem simple enough, its the front I am most concerned with. Thanks in advance. Dale
