I have bought some shadowline tape. With window surround chrome, how do you get it to stick when you fold it over the edge and underneath the chrome trim? Cotton wool bud or something?

Hi all, Since I bought my car, I noticed what I assume to be a noisy diverter valve. Assumed it was split, so changed to a rev D. Power jumped hugely, but the noise is still apparent. The noise in question is a fast ticking / whirring noise when revs are dropping. It happens when driving...

I don't think it throws up errors, but a boost log might lead you to the issue. From the benefit of my hindsight, and the fact it is actually a very easy swap, I'd say change it for a rev D when you can. It's a £40 part and an hour of your time. Your car is the same as mine, and if you can...

Yes, when stationary and revving, on comedown it was quite "whooshy". It's not half as loud now, but fantastically quicker. I'm using a load more petrol now as I can't stop myself feeling the boost. Unbelievable doesn't cover the difference!!!
