Thanks for your replies, I've attached a couple of the dealer pics. The petrol may well been a better choice but the price, spec and look of this threw it for me. I will just have watch the DPF and do a spirited drive every two weeks Look forward to more thoughts

Quite simply it was a good deal and the 2.0 TDI seemed like a good engine for power and torque, with the TFSI the only engines which were of interest were the higher power ones which were alot more expensive
