I have no idea mate, this is what i'd like to find out, rather then everyone just say mechatronics. If i press the switch the car is back to normal.

This is what im thinking. People keep saying all this mechatronic unit etc however my car has no other issues. Gears are silky smooth, it pulls off fine no snatching or anything. All gears change correctly 1-2-3-4-5-6, and back when stopping. Im sure id have my issues if there was a bigger...

So what's this mechatronic unit? I'm thinking if I do something to make that switch held down all the time or take that switch off and solder the circuit closed the car will be fine. The car poses no issues at all other then the display flashes, would I not have a few more symptoms of there...

Yes I am aware of the radio antenna, this doesn't bother me as i have retrofitted the aux into the unit. I can repair it, if some body is willing to provide the information i require to rewire a new ISO connector into the car. Hopefully someone will kindly share the information.

well tbh i wanna slam the A3 as low as possible to the floor on 18s without effecting anything. my corsa was quite low, i had it front/rear 75/120mm ok so 5x112, 8" width, and if i got ET50 i could drop 40mm with no problems? Will it effect the camber at all or is it a fixed camber on the A3

I like 8L but 8P is growing on me, i have about 8/9 to play with but most have so many miles. after 1.9 or 2.0 diesel. And if that was cheap repair would of been good. Oh well.

Stepdad says pointless says not worth messing about it. Jigging it will be alot more then £450, like somone said panels alone £500. Im thinking £3000 atleast.
