though I would update this... Bought another cable off ebay, a genuine audi one this time (only £4), it now works! Still have the annoying problem of albums getting arranged into alphabetical order rather than the order they are originally, if anyone knows how to sort this out please tell me!

I have a '62 plate s3 with rns-e. I have copied loads of mp3s to a 32gb memory card and it plays them fine, apart from instead of the tracks being in album order they are listed in alphabetical order! any ideas on how to sort this out??
