If you have access to VCDS get on the road and while accelerating you collect real time parameters.
Do you have someone who knows about tdi diagnostics?
Where about are you from?
You souldn't be messing with actuator. This is factory calibrated setting. If you get overboost more than likely you got sticky vanes or if they been cleaned maybe driving ring is wrong way around. N75 is also common problem an quite expensive £80 from dealer. If you need one i get them for...
I don't know how this post refers to the topic :think:but i can tell you that these two engines are completely different
AFN is a 110BHP witn VTG turbo and AHU has only 90BHP and turbo with no variable nozzle geomerty. Also AFN got DMF while AHU not.
What seals did you use (original from dealer or some replacements) ? For cleaning IC you have to remove it and rinse with warm water with plenty of detergent.
What amount of oil you have in the system (intake ducts) as if there is too much it means you have problem.
Sorry to hear that mate.
Slipped belts are not common fault in these engines unless they are heavily overrun. Maybe tensioner failed...
Another "done" V6 TDI owner... Shame on AUDI...
N75 wouldn't cause white smoke.
Slipped belt is possible as beginning of injection will be retarded and white smoke will appear as effect.
Best thing is to find someone who can diagnose your car properly.
Check you intake hoses/clamps. Also this may be turbo failure. Have you had you crankcase breather replaced? These are main scenarios but full diagnostics would tell more(no just errors check).
