Finally my TTS arrived at the dealer's prep centre on Monday. Arranged for car pick-up on Saturday afternoon.

Car production is very quick these days, but status 21-24 are fake and auto generated. Only if you contact customer services, can you confirm the real status. Status 30 is the first "real" one that tells you that your car really exists now

EDIT: transport order raised one day after the car docked. Transporter picked it up yesterday afternoon. Wonder when the dealer will call me in for the paperwork.

Is this something I can check with the online chat or it needs the sales team? Online chat is currently disabled anyway.

Thanks for the write-up. I asked my dealer about the transport order and he said it was done automatically. I then asked Audi who raises the transport order and they said “the system “! I don’t get it. Mine is Audi Hatfield.

So my TTS left the factory on the 31st of May and I still don’t have it. It arrived in the uk finally on Tuesday this week. Hope it gets to the dealers next week. Everything is going in slow motion!!!

Had one final go with online chat today and they said the TTS was finally on a boat and they knew that since this morning. So clearly had a deliberately unhelpful customer services / sales dept person earlier. What a relief.

My order still shows as cancelled in the tracker and won't re-add, but the dealer says it still tracks for him normally on his system. I won't know more until Monday as to why the tracker has gone nuts for my car though, and it is still at Emden, which is no great surprise as there haven't been...

It gets worse for me....online tracking has a message that my order has been cancelled. Guess I chased them once too many times!!
