At the time I done it I forgot I had it on the car, in fact it’s still lying in my garage from when I took it off, what a crunch noise it made when I did it,to make matters worse the kerb was painted bright yellow, blamed the misses lol

Blackhorse must be treating you the same way as Audi then,fobbing you off. When my gear box was out of the RS3 Believe me Blackhorse new about it. They even said themselves that it was there problem as therilotcly they have sold me the car,and they were taking it up with the supplying dealer...

Spent a few hours on cleaning the loaner you got from Audi.....you mental.

Matt they had the gear box out of mines in 4hours,I'm sure they could take a steering rack off in half that time. I was told mines would be ready on Friday for collection,that it was out on a test drive before being signed off by quality control. Yet when I done a detour by the dealers at 5ish...
