    If you cut it with a knife put the jubilee clip on it, tighten I little and use it as a guide.

    No worries. Search power valve on YouTube and you find the sound clip for mine.

    Erm.... the exhaust in your profile pic.... "machine gun" sound won't happen without the software being altered to remove the fuel cut off.

    Pops and bangs?

    google "fuel overrun cut off". that what causes the RS3 pops and bangs, well lack of.... Can be taken off via a remap service. There was an APR remap thread about it awhile ago.

    DIY downpipe install?

    Been running a turbo back with sports cat for a while now with no remap. Remap would take advantage of the increase air flow and other benefits, allowing tweaks to various ECU parameters.

    I like the exhaust note on the power valve. Farts can be muted with your right foot and paddle. :grimacing:

    Painted my tail pipes!

    Painted the diffuser on the "6" and got ceramic coat on the tips. Tips cost £50 Diffuser needs to be hi gloss so that it can contrast with the tips, or they'd get lost looking at them

    BCS powervalve exhaust & race chip

    Can only comment on their turbo back. The sound always put a smile on my face and many heads turn when you ride that exhaust note with each gear change.
