The difference in noise is dictated by how enclosed the filter is. The ones without a top on the filter scream more (like Chops & mine) the MRC is much quieter because it is still fully enclosed

Revo do 1,000s of mile of development on road & dyno

I chose revo stage 1+ (pulley & remap) for my B8 S4 & couldn't be happier with it.I've covered well in excess of 10,000 miles without issue. Having switchable maps with the revo SPS is also handy because you can switch to a less powerful map if you are unable to get super-unleaded for some reason

Have you put a new slave cylinder on yet ?

Best way to get better economy is to use cruise control whenever possible
