Think I'd rather have wheel cleaner rather than snowfoam... Always wonder how much (or little) snowfoam actually does.. Especially in the winter felt like it was just a waste of time really.

Well the good news is the weird paint is gone... the bad news is I messed up when using the touch up paint, the clear coat anyway and now theres a few rather visible blobs of paint on the bonnet :(! Not sure how I can thin it down.... looks rather silly....

My Lowe Cornell painting pen arrived today. I ordered one from Amazon like 3? weeks ago and it was coming from America, but the courier said its been lost somewhere, so the seller refunded me (£10~). Bought another one earlier in the week, this time from a UK based supplier on Amazon for £13...

That's too far north for me to understand :) I was around Yorkshire Dales / Lake District at time. Never killed so many flys lol. My cleaning method was just a pain though haha.

When i was up north a couple of weeks ago it was a serious problem, visibility at the end of the day (or even half way through the day) was terrible... petrol station, go to the tyre inflator machine and use the water tap to pour all over the windscreen, then a baby wipe and some elbow grease haha.

Decided to make a decision and ended up buying "DAS-6 PRO - Meguiars Hex Logic Kit" £144, so like 50~ cheaper than the pro plus, which came with another pad and a bag I think but whatever. I'm sure this will do the job as seems highly rated anyway. So yellow pad and start slow with the speed...

Some difference hey! Should/do people bother with using clay before polishing? or just a normal wash.

Large bottle of meguiars shampoo, only bought a small one a few days ago for £8 I think but from Costco the large one is like £11? And 3? Times the size so bought it while there. Simoniz tyre shine. Never used but super cheap for 3 bottles (£5?) so will give it a go. And finally a 1.1KG...

Done nothing about it yet, still umming and ahhing about buying a DA (and if so, how much to spend on one). Need to wait till I touch up the dent anyway with some paint I imagine before I touch the surrounding area anyway.

Interesting to know. Even the new showroom though? They have washed mine a couple of times and it's come back looking pretty clean but never too concerned with swirls until recently where I'm more concerned, but I'm sure some damage has been done anyway already.

Yeah that's kinda my thoughts as it's ridiculously cheap... I'm not sure what I'm using currently, I got given it in some other container so not sure of the name but it doesn't last long anyway.. A week maybe. So could use this more regularly, though I suppose the tyres should be clean before...
