I added the full internal, leather, glass and wheel protection (inside & outside faces) with CS black treatment

yes, this is true, but what if they cause a load of damage just washing it with a gritty dirty sponge or leather etc and then i end up having to pay the detailer extra to put it right before having a glass coating (a bit like what was said earlier in the thread by chungster)

its a difficult one, One half of me wants to pick it up all nice and clean etc but then the other half of me is saying get them to leave it and get it coated by a detailer

Cant see asking for my car not to be prepped from the dealer going down very well. how do you say that without offending them? Im going to start looking round for a detailer in Leicestershire area to hopefully get the tech crystal serum stuff. Does anyone have any recommendations for my area?

can i ask what glass coating you had? I've been looking at the gtech crystal serum stuff. its expensive stuff isn't it! i get the impression its not another paint protection gimmick like the dealers offer you for £500-600, but i could be wrong?
