Still can't believe you travelled all that way! Nutter! :rockwoot:
Knew you'd enjoy it though - and that Stoaksey would be pleased with the results - I know I was. :icon_thumright:
Anyone else out there should know that John comes highly recommended! :respekt:
Some extra pics from my camera too:
The pics really don't do it justice - the extra depth to the paint and shine really have to be seen 'in the metal' - and this is without going anywhere near the car with a PC!
Also - the beading and sheeting achieved with the 2ymol Carbon is...
I'd just like to say a massive thanks to John for all his hard efforts, help and advice with this - after the hours of hard work I've got a very shiny car to show for it (plus sunburn, a pressure washer that literally expired in a plume of smoke, and a bank balance that's looking very withered...
Some interesting observations on the claying mate - looks like you've got another convert now too! :D
Glad to hear the holiday is going well also - hope you're enjoying that well earned drink now! :icon_thumright:
Think I'd definitely need a beer after detailing one of those! :lmfao:
Good luck with the A3 detail - looking forward to seeing the full report on that one, especially given it's red :icon_thumright:
Spin available in the 190 whenever you want mate :racer:
Not too shabby John ;) Glad to see you're keeping busy with the PC - looks like a big improvement in the TT there
Managed to have a wee look at mine last week - clayed the rear and it wasn't anywhere as bad as I thought it might be. Even with some Cleanse No.1 and a quick Megs...
Congratulations John!
Having seen the fruits of all John's hard labour in the metal I can vouch for the fantastic finished he's achieved - a well deserved win! :rockwoot:
Cheers
Chris
Superb work! :rockwoot:
I'd love to see the results of your hard work in the metal - was seriously tempted to go for a PC and/or get mine detailed myself so I'd be keen to see just what kind of results can be achieved! :icon_thumright:
