Thats so much better. It makes the Q2 a nicer place to be. Honestly, all the reviews say the quality of the interior is rubbish but I swear they are just base level Q2s. The extended leather changes it
So changes include front end & rear restyling, gearknob and that’s about it right? Cant see much else to be honest. I like the front end. Would love to retrofit that as i think it looks a lot newer & up to date.
The app for the Q2 only allows you to see the servicing and send destinations to the car. That’s it. Audi connect is pretty much pants too, only thing that is good is the google maps overlay.
true but disagree a little regarding the minimal facelift reasons. The Q2 facelift design and implementation would have been thought out in 2018 or before, way before COVID-19 and after the design of the new A3 and other new design models. We saw the facelift Q2 leak images in December 2019 I...
I would think so. The VC in the facelift is the same as the current model, which is strange as it will be the only Audi with that model VC in 2021, let alone 2025 when it comes to the end of its 4yr cycle.
Software in the MMI is the same as the current model and not the same as the new Audi...
That article talks a bit of rubbish! It states new rear lights and interior air vents? Can’t see any difference to mine! new tech? VC is the same and hasn’t been updated? It states new Audi Connect features but not sure about MMI?
I think it was just processing too much so it overheated. Interestingly, I just ran it for an hour, LBC app streaming Radio X, Wifi enabled AND wireless charging and it was fine. Used Siri to reply to messages etc....Not even remotely hot & charged perfectly.
Anyway, I only bought it so that I...
Ok so, used it for an hour, on WiFi, connected to the wireless CarPlay dongle, not charging, using GoogleMaps and also LBC radio app to stream music.
Phone is an iPhone X - 2yrs old.
Left home at 10:56 -99% battery
Arrived at 11:59 - 87% Battery
Personally I am happy with those figures, I...
Mines on the wireless charger most of the time. Just wanted the wireless dongle so it connects without the hassle of a cable. Don’t think battery life will be an issue but will report back soon once I’ve tested it properly.
Good feedback? To be fair they look way better than any other on the market. The only thing I don’t like is that there is a logo/menu that starts up each time that looks cheap and tacky, Chinese writing, lastS for around 3seconds but just takes away the whole experience.
Evening all,
I just wanted to show off the wireless car play dongles I just got delivered from AudiRetrofits. It was £135 which postage to Switzerland. Think it’s £99 all in for U.K. though which is cheaper than the ones that always appear on my google searches. It’s really quick at connecting...
Send me a pic of your current console and I can compare with mine. I think the little tray near the cigarette lighter is different position but you might be able to strip it and use the parts you need and attach to your current set up
That’s Audi options for you! All over the place and most don’t make sense. I see what you want though, should be easy enough. It’s just the 2x leg parts and then 2 trim bits that should in clip easily. They are the same design as the ones you have now so assume they clip off and in again, only...
