Yours is a 2011 isn't it? If so, you would get an error on the DIS if you fitted them I'm afraid. I'd just hold fire and follow this thread as trups has got a solution and will be updating us when the modified versions are available. He's said he'd not ask us to send the old ones back to him...

Totally agree. I don't have a problem doing this too. £2 each isn't anything, but you having to pay out £2 x35 times is much harder to swallow.

As a fellow perfectionist I know you feel bad trups, but seriously don't stress about it. At the end of the day they're just bulbs and I highly doubt anyone will be getting pi$$ed off with you. If anyone does then they need to get their priorities in order and they'll have the rest of us on...

I think they'll be fine on pre-2010 cars as they weren't as sensitive as the newer cars. These were originally listed for 2010 and newer cars as a solution to the error codes.

Mine have arrived :icon_thumright: They're much better made than they look in the photo's. Very professional. Hopefully fitting them this afternoon if a) the rain holds off and b) the wife hasn't got any plans. I'd do it now at work, but I haven't got any Torx bits here.

Thanks for the PM Trups, really appreciate it. Order has been placed. Originally you said about sending them out with spare halogens, but this isn't listed in what's included. Did you go away from this idea in the end?
