Hi sanjvw, Why would you ever want to put a bleed valve in? This will eventually pop your engine?? Best place for the gauge is by getting a replacement air vent with a pod cut out venom do these I think but if you google A3 air vent gauge you will find it.

Hi Dazmo, If you have the handbook it will have a small section on the DPF itself. In my research, having a A3 2006 (56 Reg) 170 Tdi, I was informed by numerous people (here!) that my car did not have a DPF......but it has! My understanding is...anything on a 55 Reg may have the DPF...

Cheers Evo, I'm goint to tap in to the rubber hose just before the EGR housing. Thats the best point according to Barry the Car Wizard. Merlin do a 5mm Tap off feed that fits in the hose. Pictures up soon.
