Could be something in the guides jamming the window from going all the way up so the auto saftey to stop you getting your fingers trapped is probarly kicking in and making the windows go down again, could be worth checking there is no obstructions in the window guides.

You could upgrade the bulbs as the stanadard ones are not very good,
You may have a fault when switched to main beam as I think all 3 should be on in this mode, The whole road will light up when my main beam is on, i have upgraded my bulbs though.
