Have you removed the c clip and takern the rod off the vnt arm and just moved the arm?? If so did you move it nice and slow if you feel at any point it grabs even a bit this can course limp mode...If the actuator is holding via a mitty vac then its not that.. Also with the vnt system it can...

possible slighty worn turbo seals! Happend to my s4 blue/white smoke didnt do it again for a few weeks then 1 completely just gave up this was a bout a year ago and they had done over 100k so due a change any way

Book time is 10.5 hours it will be easyer to pull engine but cost a bit more todo as need to buy new oils and regas air con if you got it.

Depends on how fare you are willing to go....standard injectors only good for 380bhp....Decent mods on a s4 are *k04s genuine( you will regreat putting on knock offs want last) *deka injectors *044 pump or rs4 pump *rs4 smc or xc front mount *xs power exhaust good for the money( ive got the...

And dont put a manaul boost controler on they are crap.....As i believe the s4 dont take to them very kindly and know to cause problems

Mines the same every couple of weeks i check mine audi say its the design of the engine to burn 1 litre every 2500miles

Are you sure they run 180bhp?? im sure they are only 162bhp??......And i have never seen a ko3 hit 200bhp on the rollers the closest i have ever saw was 198bhp that was with fmic, decat system, panel filter, new maf,new n75, and bosch super 4's(im not saying its impossible)
