I didn't removed the roller crank pulley (the smaller for timing belt), I removed only the external pulley ro remove the timing belt carter. The shinier edge is again present, however now I will check also the idler pulley bolt and, after that, I hope that all my fears will go far! :D

Hello I changed myself my s3 amk timing belt kit with a complete Continental CT909K3. after 5-600 km I opened the carter and I found the pulley 1-2mm out of the cams pulley: Can be normal? Can I do something? have I to worry about?? Thanks

I have the same problem, but if I turn all the wheels, the discs touch with the dust cover and with hub! Only me and you had this problem with this setup???
