but seriously i would have a word with the dealers, about a replacement, as that should tell you whether its clipped and glued, or just stuck on.
ive found dental floss is always the best way to get them off after heating, a product called Tardis is awesome for removing old glue marks, just spray on leave for a minute then agitate and wash off with water.
repeat two or three times then dry and polish the boot and hey presto!

you'll probably find its all manufacturer guff mate, as most know Audi usually always underestimate their power output, 0-62 times etc.
