Hi all, i had my pcv valve replaced about 8 months ago to fix an erratic idle and misfire. 2 weeks ago i fitted a gfb dv+ and the car has been running great until yesterday when i started to get this annoying erratic idle come back once again, is it possible that the pcv valve has just already...

hmmm, ok thanks thats a good way to look at it. But im still not sure which route to take, i mean the car is generally well looked after but not to the extent of having it in bits twice a year lol, it gets used mainly at weekends and il most likely keep it at stage 1 for the next year or so...

ive just had someone offer me a forge dv for 75 quid, would this be a sensible option??

so today ive just had the dv off and had a look at it to see if the diaphragm has any splits because it seemed that i was lacking slightly on boost but all seems ok with the valve, i cleaned it up and put it back on and the car seems more pokey which is good. I currently have the rev c fitted...

yeah the gfb dv+ does look good but its almost double the price, i wont mind paying for this if its actually as good as they say. would fitting this cause the engine management light to come on at all, sorry for the bone questions im still getting to know the car

and is the rev d the best one to go for??

Does my 2007 s3 have a K04 or a K03 turbo and also im looking at fitting the rev d diverter valve as i heard it is much better than the one fitted as standard, and does anybody know how easy it is to fit to my car? Thanks :)

Yeah the exhaust is standard, and to be honest it does sound as if it was coming from the rear end of the car
