No. The full set will have been refurbished at some point. Mobile places are the cheapest. It was probably one of them that did them last time. I would get them powder coated you won't have any issues in the future.

There is no paint work warranty on wheels as they are not painted. I worked for Audi for 10 year's and seen quite a few people try it but they don't touch them if there is any damage at all.

From memory if they have any damage they are not covered. It starts with a booking with the service department. They will do a condition report with photos. That's submitted to the warranty department and they will let you know. If you have full service history it helps.

I was thinking of doing the same install but the only one that will work correctly is the A1. It still uses a single stage air bag. But you will also need the cloum ecu to get the buttons working .
