Hi, its a bit of a puzzle but fits great on a tt so why not on an s3.

Short introduction, I run a tt mk1 with a K04-064 TFSI turbo on my 1.8t with an home made adapter plate. Currently 340 HP and 430 NM.

Well if the tfsi gasket is the smallest size i can't increase there remains only one option. Making adapter ports 37mm and porting one side of the adapter to 40mm on the head size. Porting the turbo to 37mm matching the adapter and tfsi gasket should do the trick then.

As far as i could find 37mm is the biggest on 4 cylinder tfsi engines. Maybe a gasket from a v8 fsi (rs4, s5, r8) has bigger size ports that would fit?
