I have an outside chance of getting a pair of these from a 3 dr S3, will these fit an S3 sportback with just the added useless function of folding front seats or is there other complications. They are in reasonable condition but I'm a OCD, so does anyone know the costs involved to repair the...

The manual gives you a way around this. I think there's 2 model variations on the s-tronic but you basically lift/pry up the gearshift surround and there is a small clip that you push to allow you to select neutral and then push the car out. I've not got the manual to hand or I'd give you more...

Just because it's on a TTS doesn't mean it's a good idea imho! Quad exhausts are "usually" an indicator of an exotic type engine eg, ferrari V8, bmw V8 or V10, RS4 V8, etc, etc. No matter how good an S3 engine is, it's still just a good 4 pot engine and so the quad pipes seem to be trying too...

Seats and rear diffuser/exhaust setup is nice (although quad exhausts on a 2.0l might be a bit much!), rest seems a wee bit dull especially front end with no real splitter imho.

Just polishing my S3 sportback (and then I'll post some pics!) and noticed the fuel flap doesn't sit exactly in the middle of the wing hole. Is there anyway to adjust it slightly? I've found this post about how it's in a couple of sections but not sure how to remove and refit without breaking...
