Hi bowen That sounds like it might be the solution as my door rubber has been worn away by the previous owners dragging their feet whilst getting in the car. Looking at this seal there is water in the cavity of the rubber when it rains quite hard. Many thanks for your reply..............Off to...

Hi saxonblue, That was the 1st thing I had checked and all was good there. No the seat and dash are dry so it's not a roof leak if that's what you were thinking. Thanks for your reply
