Whatever is simplest really, I was hoping that popping the sub box in would be a plug and play solution, but it seems not. Ideally get the rears working as a minimum. Maybe I'll chin off that sub box and go with your method...

Yeah bargain! Glad it was cheap too. Plus I liked the way Audi designed the door with an unboltable sub frame, made the job a lot easier than when it happened on my Mk 3 Golf!

Yeah it turned out to be the clips in the end, got the newer pink ones from Audi for £7.82. If anyone has similar issues, drop me a PM :-)

Mine are black! HA Had to get the rear S3 one from the states though!

I did mine myself, bit tricky to find the filter, but when you know where it is it's not too bad. 100% need the filter wrench though, no other tool would work IMHO
