    amsoil 5/30 the best foe me.i use in motorcycle the 10/40 where shift and engine use the same oil,and in high temp.is very good. in 1.8 tsi with stage II Giac/remap the oil temperature never goes high..usually max 110 celcius. AMSOIL - European Car Formula Synthetic 5W-30 Motor Oil (AEL)
