Yes they do reduce body roll to an extent but like Cerbera9 says, you will also need to uprate the antirollbars

I ve fitted Eibach springs to my B8.5 S4 and after they settled i measured it and they had actually dropped by 18mm at the front and 15mm at the rear.
You can notice the difference by looking at it, but the ride quality is second to none.

I have the 19" original rotors with the same tyre size but the rim width is 9.5" with ET 45 ( i think ) I can't believe how much they look so different !!
