Hi peeps, i've started to notice some irratic idle speeds and every now and then the engine stalls itself (generally when pulling up to the lights etc). Could it be a faulty MAP sesor? If so, are they easy enough to swap out? Cheers in advance, Ben

...I had to replace the battery on friday, but since the change I have been experiencing low idle! I used to just turn the key and boom, nice and smooth. But now the idle seems irratic and stalls the majority of the time. I can also feel the accelerator pedal twitching whilst this is going on...

I imagine, and assume by reading various posts that Audi have a decent engine. I'm looking to buy a second hand A3 1.8T - would you strongly advise against a high miler? Say, around 100k for an R reg? What problemswould you forsee and what should I look out for? Thanks Ben
