Basically my S3 was damaged recently by heavy hail, literally every panel is dented and windscreen cracked and back lights cracked, and as its going to be assesed by a body shop im guessing the insurance might write it off, just wondering how much i could break it for if i was to get the car...

yeh they are a bit expensive (£700?) but i would get to keep my fog lights and requires no cutting of the crash bar like i think the forge one does? im really really tempted to order one but would need a remap again, also want a 3" downpipe so might wait till i can get both done and then the remap

ok so i saw this thread last night and as i got advised i would need new headlights for my next mot due to discolouration i paid a little visit to halfords this morning, i was slightly nervous doing the work but it turned out very well... before, the camera doesnt really show how bad they were...

what do i need to remove in order to gain access to the switch so i can replace it, as i woke up to a very dead S3 this morning not even enough power to use central locking and have traced the fault back to the brake lights staying on and flatening the battery,

yes i had this problem with both doors! they wouldnt open from the outside, so i had to climb thru the boot to open them! not funny when its 5am and youve just finished 13 hours at work, luckily the weather got warmer!

sort out a couple of issues, new front tyres, then i would like a fmic, downpipe and sports cat or more likely a new clutch!

the reason i got mine scanned is because my alarm keeps going off, so as a short term measure i disconnected the siren, not sure what the cause is tho

when i bought mine it was averaging 27mpg recently i reset the meter and the average is currently 20mpg! as i do really short journeys to work etc with lots of stop starts for traffic lights, roundabout... oh and a little bit of right foot
