    Just come back from the dealer, they said that the door lock was faulty?? and a bulb had blown. I hadn't noticed anything wrong with the lock but i'm happy to have it fixed. They even washed and vac'ed it.. I'm happy anyhow.

    Thanks for all the suggestions chaps.. The car is still under cover so i'll take it down to the dealer and get it fixed from them. Its really inconvenient to do so but rather than my usual diy botch, it should be done without damaging the car. .. T
