Sure, it's a generic letter so no personal or car specific details can be leaked so happy for you to do that, although don't shoot the messenger if things take longer! :laugh:

I've received this letter from Audi after taking my car in to them in early May for this issue. Fingers crossed they release the update and start recalling cars to apply it from end of November
I took my 21 plate A1 into Basingstoke Audi for this issue. Nearly every time I drive, the system reboots the MMI/user account which takes a minute or so, and the SOS malfunction issue has occurred twice & essentially locked me out of the system.
