Hi, just noticed this thread, i`m having the exact same issue i have a late 2019 model A3 black edition with the audi sound system with a sub in the spare wheel well. There is no adjustment for the sub but the manual says there is, also there is no fader to rear speakers only front or all manual...

I was thinking that even though it's a late 2019 model?

Hi guys got an issue with menu on sound settings, surround level doesn't show up in menu neither does fader for rear speakers....only front or All. Also subwoofer volume doesn't show up either although it does have one in spare wheel well. any ideas? Thanks
