Spoke to digital services this morning and they said that the server is now back up and running (for now). I deleted the app, logged in again and it is now updating car status again and I can send locations/lock & unlock remotely (something I’ve never been able to do). Happy days. For now...

Re the servers being down: That’s good to know in a way. It least it’s not something the garage did. I can now log in but nothing works at all. Hope they sort it soon.

My MY2020 got delivered last week and they allegedly updated it to the latest release. It says 3248. I wonder why they didn’t update it to 3281 if it’s been around for some time?? I’ll give the dealership a bell and see if they can update it as it sounds promising.

No dice with the USB C port. Shame. £20 down the swanny.

Can’t see any mention of an SD card in the manual, although it seems pretty generalised for all markets. I’ll try the other USB port when the adaptor arrives.
