Thanks mate. That’s the ones I thought looks best, got a shot of a few different ones from a mate so will give them a go at the weekend. First time trying to do ball joints so will see how it goes

Could anyone recommend the best tool for splitting ball joints? I’m a bit worried a cheap one will damage the alloy arm

I just went for the ones from dpm motorsports, I already know what settings I want them, so not to bothered about the extra adjustment. I’m sure il find something else to spend the extra money on thanks for the info Damian

Yes mate once i got It replace the noise stoped. I still do have a slight tapping noise but I Always thought it was normal. I can’t guarantee that is what is wrong with your car but in my case it was with that exact noise . They definitely are a common problem especial on a car that age/miles

Does the noise go away when You rev it? I had a worn chain tensioner and it sounded like this. that is the side the cam chain is on
