Can anyone please confirm whether a full factory reset of the MMI (all boxes selected including maps) will result in the loss of map updates that have been loaded? i.e it will go back to the original map version that it left the factory with? I am aware of the entitlement to re-load them but...

Hello all, I recently bought a A4 Avant manufactured in Jan 2016 - no air con issues obvious however the optional recharge/clean at two years doesn't seem to have been completed. I am happy to use Kwikfit etc however cannot see from the manual if the system uses R134a gas or updated HFO-1234yf...
