Hahaha I'm owner of a RS3 FL with GPF filter and I'm looking to get a better sound. I don't if go with the CETE valve controller, with I would not get a super big difference but I would still have the warranty or **** warranty and install a Milltek DP and get the sound this car deserves.
As a 2019 OPF owner I came here to ask if is worth in OPF models. Its really a big difference? I was thinking to buy to my RS3 a DP Miltek but I would loose my 4 years warranty... so maybe with that CETE valve control is enough.
Thank you, just one last question.
I have a 2o19 OPF RS3. The reason I want to buy a DP is that I want back the good sound of the PFL. I don't need more power, so if is needed I only would do stage 1.
So the question is, would you buy a DP if I only will go for a stage 1? Or even if is...
Hey, just one question.
I'm looking to install a downpipes with sport cat to my RS3 and I'm looking Milltek. There is any reason why you prefer APR against Milltek?
So in your opinion the only way is to re-map and change downpipes to get the sound back. I would like to but I really don't need more power but more sound.
This is exactly what I would like to know.
My issue is that I don't want to loose warranty and if really akra is a new option for the RS3 I would like to buy, even if I have to spend 5.000€ or 6.000€.
At the end if this akra is not a reality, I will have to do what you said. map to...
Yeah, I have the option of sport exhaust but is not developed in conjunction with Akra. That one on the site must be a new one because at least for 2019 RS3 Akrapovic never developed any exhaust.
I know is different for others models like RS6 where sport exhaust option is developed with Akra...
Thank you for your quick response.
But if is in the site of Audi and is a colaboration with Akrapovic I don't think I would loose my warranty. Don't would have sense if I loose warranty for something Audi is selling me.
Hello,
As a owner of a 2019 Audi RS3 with OPF filters im really disappointed with the sound so im looking everyday for any news of how I can get back the nice sound of previous RS3.
I saw this post on instagram some days ago;
And now in the site of Audi I just saw that page...
I have the RS3 with sport exhaust and is not loud at all. I'm even thinking to change my sport exhaust and buy Miltek or something similar. Is really disappointed the sound even with sport exhaust.
So maybe the only chance is to tune with ABT wich i read you don't loose the warranty. But not sure if with ABT tune you get back pops.
Also the price is 4.000€ but i would pay it if i have back that sound.
