Just tested my spare key and It will not open my car with the buttons but will with the actual key in the door and will turn on the ignition. The red LED is also lighting up when clicked so battery is OK. Any ideas?

I just picked up a cassette to AUX adaptor for now, It's not the prettiest but it does the job and sound quality is surprisingly good.
