Correct, it has a space saver where the battery is in the new one.
Not sure what tyres they have on the diesel but the continentals they put on the petrol S4s cost about £650 for a full set. When my fronts hit the legal limit I had about 3mm left on the rears so made sense to change all 4...
I've done 12000 miles and just got the message in the car saying the oil change is due too. Planning on calling round later today.

I've thought about getting one, but only slightly hesitant because it could void the warranty and my car is only 1 yr old. I assume you have to inform your insurance company too?

Fuel economy can vary massively based on driving conditions, driving style etc.
Maybe this would provide some guidance?

I've never had the engine turn off at speed, but I mostly drive on dynamic which seems to disable most of the efficiency systems. Have had this though, I assume it's just disengaged the clutch.

I had the V spokes on my original order but after seeing them in person was underwhelmed and changed it. They look much better in pictures imo. Nicer genuine wheels available, although probably costly.

Sadly, it doesn't work like that. If the lease is in the business name you still have to declare it on your P11d and pay tax.

Haha could be. I figured taking it out on a business lease it would be a known quantity, given it's no doubt pretty high.

The Contis were great for 10k miles, but that doesn't seem like much? I've no real basis for comparison as the S4 has quite a bit more power than my previous cars.

Anyone have any idea how these compare to Conti SC6? I had them from the factory and they were flawless to begin with (even in the snow last March) but they are a bit worn now and traction is noticeably worse lately (ESC kicking in) so want to stick a new set on.

IIRC the crossing takes about 20 hours, so when the tracker says it's on a boat it's possibly already here. You can check shipping schedule online and probably figure that out. It takes a week or two to get from the port to the dealer as well.
