As you can see from photo. White cog at top and yellow arm bottom left

No green one passenger side mate. As im looking at it now. There is a yellow one which I've disconnected that seems to change hot and cold temp. And the white cog which changes the front facing and footwell. No other arms to be seen. ITS Pretty cramped with no access.

Do you know which colour arm moves the demister flap? 2008 model

The green one mine changes the heat to hot and cold? Mine 08 model? I've managed to get one screw out so can turn the white wheel now. It changes to footwell and front facing but still restricting the defrost. Only a little air escaping? Doing my head in now.

This is the part I'm looking to remove. It runs the white cog.

Got the glovebox but struggling to remove the motor to grease the wheels. Bolt is hidden behind a metal arm. How did you remove this

Hi, anyone know how I enter the secret menu on the hvac system? I've seen on vw you press recirc button and up and then it brings up the menu. Need to reset the flaps as defrost flap is not opening.
