As long as you maintain injection duty cycle to 7m/s it'll be ok.
I have the tte480 on my A3 8P and with stock injection, have it limited to 24 psi spike, holding 20 psi to red line.
These turbos really wake up when they're run at 1.8 bar.
Perfect power curve.
The curve arches upwards towards it's peak, carrying it over to redline. I can imagine the Acceleration. Well done at only 22 psi.
That's a considerable difference in size. It would seem that the size of the wheel would overwhelm the a/r of the stock exhaust manifold/turbine housing.
The 300 is All Wheel horsepower not crank; the tte480 designation I believe, is based on the turbos ability to output that figure from the specs it was made to. There's also a considerable difference between the output from a fsi vs a tsi.
These TTE turbos should not have a problem reaching these numbers on a tsi motor.
My A3 Quattro 2.0TSI with K04-064 is making just over 300 awhp at 20 psi.
