    I will look into those washers. I just had a horrendous noise + check engine light on my car. The bolts attaching the KO4 to the manifold were so loose that I guess it was causing air to leak into the system and confuse the ECU as it would differ from the MAF readings.     Hi all, So my '03 S3 died today . Cambelt disintegrated on the motorway.. The belt had only done 15k miles... Posting here on the off chance that someone may know of a well maintained BAM unit that is for sale at the moment? Obviously there are a few on eBay but I wanted to check here first. Alex
