Yes I have a 04 plate 2.0TDI. I think it's a BKD. Can't seem to find anything just yet stating these engines will be exempt other than 05 reg onwards. Not sure if these T-Charges will be used as the congestion charge system. If so, I don't mind to much as I never drive into the city on weekdays...

We're told that as of 2017, cars after 2005 will need to pay additional to drive in central London. My car is a 04 plate (on the log book stats 2005). Would I need to pay the train charge? Would be great if anyone can comment. Sent from my SM-G928F using Tapatalk

Just had mine done last weekend. Was having similar thoughts as you. Took it to a local garage, who offered 6mths warranty inc the wiper motor. Cost me £120 including 2 free white smaller side bulbs. Place is in London if you're interested. Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
