Turns out as few other people have the same problem. Emailed VOSA, so should hopefully here back soon. Was wanting to take my private plate off so i can sell the car but not doing that until it's all sorted first.

Just off the phone. They said it's a new MOT system which started in August and because i never told them about wanting the expiry date they never done it and they cant change it. Is this a load of crap?

It's got the expiry date as 5th October 16! The weird thing is that on the MOT certificate under the previous MOTs and milleage, it is all blank as if the car has never had an MOT before. I do have a private plate but this was put on over a year ago and the last MOT was fine with it. I have...

Why are the new CGWC engined cars insurance group 27 with the others 36? Massive difference for the same car with the same power output etc.

I'm currently looking for a S4 and noticed that the facelift cars up to 64 plates emissions are 190 co2 which has the car tax of £265 and 64 plate is 184 co2 and 15 plates are 178 co2 which both are £225.
