I take it the lights are on when you are doing this and on flat ground? Hold the green tick and you will see the headlights move up and down. Let go after they finish moving around 10 seconds. After that click on the tick button again to accept the settings. If not NHN is probably best to help...

Also another thing to note that fuse positions don’t always match the manual. So check all the 10a and 7.5a fuses if that fails.

Definitely the door lock, do it while its intermittent. I've had 2 replaced on my sportback, all four on my dads B8 A4 and one each on two family members A6's with the exact same issues. Common VAG problem.
