thanks for the replies. unfortunately there isnt anyone with vcds near me that has logged on in the last year. i did change over my module today just too see if it worked. everything worked fine for about half an hour then the door no longer unlocks again but window works with one touch fine...

so i have just bought a used door control module for my S3 8p as my one is playing up and not unlocking the passengers door. will it need to be coded in or will it just plug and play? i have managed to buy one that was made only 1 month different to orignal one. any help appreciated

how do i find out if its the 8p version? the one in the link claims its for every model of audi ..a1,a2,a3,a4,a5 and so on.

My S3 started doing this yesterday too ! passenger door wont unlock with remote but will lock fine. When you figure out the solution report back. ive looked on here theres lots of people asking the questions but not found anyone posting the solution except try a new motor

d3s i believe!?, but im sure someone with a facelift can confirm....

you have the wrong bulbs.. you need D1s not D2s. d2s are just bulbs and d1s have a built in ignitor which is that square silver base. i changed mine on my 07 s3 last month

im looking at buying a black grill for my s3 but im not sure if its for pre or facelift. it has a p/n of 8P0 853 651 0. can anyone tell me if this is for a pre facelift. thanks in advance

i have a 2007 S3 and i have just bought a new iphone , it wont find the built in bluetooth too pair too. this worked fine on my old iphone but now nothing. tried to find it on an android phone and also nothing.. any ideas on this ?.

So I recently changed my bulbs to 6000k as my oem ones were just to dull. when i turn on the car and the self levellers start to adjust they drop down then go back up .. ill admit they do seem too high when driving in the dark. is it a sign of the levellers screwing up? and would changing bulbs...

how long have you been running them mate? last time i bought some HIDS from ebay they didnt last that long.
